BEN ROCCA

Ben learnt to teach Hatha yoga in Rishikesh. He has spent multiple trips to India staying and experiencing a daily Yoga Sadhana in Ashrams and studios in the foothills of the Himalayas. He has practised yoga for almost 15 years.

Ben also has a daily meditation practise and enjoys studying and exploring the multi-faceted system and philosophy of Yoga with all of its many gems.

Ben teaches Meditation, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative as well as Hatha. His approach to teaching is mindful but powerful. It incorporates postures, flow, holds and strengthening and with a focus on inner awareness and breath. Having been a professional musician for the past 11 years, Ben likes to bring mantra and an element of music into his classes.
