At Cucumber Fields, within The Botanic Studio we offer exciting Cycle Class styles that cater for all ability levels and energy preferences. 

If you desire an exerting ride that will push you to your maximum output, then Power Up Cycle is the perfect class for you. 

If you want to bring some Zen into your cycle class and experience a cardio workout within a calm, holistic environment using the bike, breathwork and yoga inspired stretches, then our signature ZenCycle class is for you. 

Across our 2 class styles we believe you have the opportunity to nurture all aspects of your body and mind.

Cycle Classes

Cycling Experience

All riders work to the same effort level, regulated by each individuals appropriate FTP score which creates a perfect group fitness environment where no one feels left behind.

Power Up Cycle

Pedal Past your limits and take your cycling performance to the next level. High intensity interval training, that is both challenging and energising. The power cycle programme is designed to build endurance and speed. Riding in 7 colour-coded power zones, your performance stats are displayed on a screen, allowing you to track your personal power output, speed, and distance. It’s about your own individual performance working to a level that’s right for you. Power Up and feel the burn! Suitable for all abilities who want to challenge and increase their fitness levels.

ZenCycle: Where cardio fitness meets mindful yoga.

This signature class is the ultimate mind & body experience with a steady 30 minute Cycle to ambient, feel-good music where you are encouraged to keep a steady breath, keep focused on the present moment and be guided by the rhythm of the music. This low impact cardio is excellent for fat burning and releasing endorphins (happiness hormones) around your body and mind. Stepping off the bike onto the mat for a 30 minute yoga practice; combining breath work and fluid movement stretch, mobilise and energise your body, whilst awakening the mind into a deep calm focused state. Excellent for all levels who want to bring some Zen to their fitness.

Charitable Events

At Cucumber Fields we support charitable events and provide opportunities for Cucumber cyclists to join together to achieve a common goal. 

  • I’ve just experienced an amazing uplifting and high vibe cycle class with Alis! The music was sing along fun. This was so good for the heart and soul, we covered a great distance AND worked the upper body all at the same time. Honestly, you have to try this class with Alis. I’m still grinning hours later.   • Cucumber fields for me is a bit like walking into the Cheers Bar, everybody knows your name and everyone is there to support you on your journey. It’s a place where exercise and keep fit is something to get excited about, working out to soothing tunes in a beautiful countryside environment . And the best bit is when you can reward yourself at the end of a class with a selection of home made cakes (zero calorie of-course!!!!!) and a refreshing cup of freshly squeezed orange juice!

  • I discovered Cucumber Fields in the spring of 2022 after an introduction from a friend. It is a wonderful centre of serenity and calm, taking your breath away with its location, views and style. Coming to yoga practice 2 or 3 times a week is making a real difference to my physical health and mental wellbeing, the feeling of peace and delight washes over you as soon as you arrive! Coffee and delicious snacks on the spacious and comforting sofas and chairs is a real joy.
