Taking part in Reformer Pilates at Cucumber Fields offers you an opportunity to experience this dynamic yet low impact practise at varying levels based on your current needs. With an inviting and personalised small class size, you will have the opportunity to build rapport with your teacher whilst having your personal goals met.
Our studio offers a tranquil space for the mind and body to reintegrate into a space of equilibrium, strength and grounding.
At Cucumber Fields you are welcome to purchase Reformer class packs on a pay as you go basis with 3, 5 or 10 class packs at a time. If you are also interested in our Yoga and Cycling classes then you may even want to explore our Unlimited Monthly Class subscription.

Reformer Pilates is a versatile form of exercise, suitable for all levels of strength and fitness abilities.
A consistent practice helps to improve your overall physical strength, alignment, flexibility and helps correct muscle imbalances, creating a strong foundation for posture, mobility and mental wellbeing. A great way to condition your body for optimum performance while minimising overexertion and injury.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced Reformer enthusiast, we have the perfect class for you.
Foundation
If you are new to Reformer Pilates or looking to refine your technique and form, this is the ideal class for you. Suitable for all levels of strength and fitness.
Foundation is designed to introduce you to the key principles of Reformer Pilates and teach you how to perform the exercises with careful, focused movements, placing an emphasis on precision and proper form. Exercises are planned to target specific muscle groups, improving core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Foundation is a low impact, mind-body discipline that allows for a more supported and targeted workout.
Members must have completed a minimum of 5 Foundation classes or a private 1-1 with one of our highly trained Cucumber Fields teachers, before advancing to Evolution.
Evolution
This class is designed for members who have Reformer Pilates experience and are ready to elevate their practice to the next level.
Evolution is a higher level of Reformer Pilates in terms of the complexity of exercises and the weight of the resistance involved. Sessions include a more advanced repertoire of exercises to further develop core strength, balance, coordination and body awareness.
Evolution delves deeper into key principles of Pilates, challenging both mind and body in intensity.
