Anxiety | Friday 20th September

Anxiety and breathing go hand in hand. Anxiety can cause rapid, shallow breathing, which in turn can exacerbate feelings of panic and suffocation, creating a vicious cycle. This workshop will help you break that cycle. Participants will learn controlled breathing techniques that can significantly reduce anxiety and stress, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote relaxation.

Sleep | Friday 18th October

Quality, uninterrupted sleep is essential for overall health and wellbeing. Snoring and sleep apnea can significantly reduce sleep quality, making it difficult to function in day-to-day life. This workshop will help you identify and address signs of sleep-disordered breathing, such as frequent waking, dry mouth, nighttime urination, and snoring. You will learn how to reduce symptoms of sleep disorders, enhance sleep quality, and improve overall quality of life and health.

Focus | Friday 22nd November

This workshop is dedicated to enhancing mental clarity and focus through optimised breathing practices. Daniela will introduce methods that increase oxygen delivery to the brain, thereby improving cognitive function and concentration. You will be supported with new tools to become empowered in maintaining peak mental performance in both professional and personal settings.
