Katie is a Holistic Therapist with 13 years' experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, performers, expectant mums, office workers, and several years working with clients with dementia. A holistic approach takes into account individual physical, mental and emotional health, and therefore treatments are tailored uniquely to you. Katie offers massage, Reiki and herbal medicine that address specific issues and work to heal the root cause.
