Talia Cherkez
Talia is a friendly individual who found her love for yoga during her final year of university whilst studying to be a dietitian. As an experienced specialist registered dietitian for the NHS, Talia was faced with many patients experiencing stress related gut symptoms and wanted to find holistic lifestyle changes to provide her clients with the tools to improve their overall health. Talia decided to take a 3-month sabbatical to travel South East Asia and completed her yoga teacher training in Bali, specifically in Vinyasa-Ashtanga.
Talia is of a performing arts background and continues to encourage individuals to grow in confidence and excel to the best of their ability.
Talia’s approach to teaching connects the body, mind and soul, focusing on breath, flexibility, flow and strength.
