About

This weekend is an invitation to remember, an invitation to explore, an invitation to immerse yourself in the elements that make up you.

This weekend will allow you to become attuned to the rhythms and cycles of nature moving through you.

A rediscovery of your true, instinctive nature. Join us in the stunning wilds of 42 Acres among the woods and fields, streams and rivers for RE-WILDING YOU.

As we move and rest, play and explore, we will enhance the energetics of our physical body, reflecting the movements of the elements in our worlds so we can live in harmony with all that surrounds us.

Why Retreat?

Retreats are places of personal refuge. They are places to ask deep questions, to find answers, to decompress and discover meaning; places to dream, to learn, to grow, to rest, to celebrate – but, ultimately, retreats are places of self-love. They are dedicated places of permission. Over this weekend we will create such a space. A space that celebrates aliveness.

42 Acres

42 Acres is a unique retreat centre and regenerative farm set within 170 acres in the heart of Frome, Somerset. Surrounded by ancient woodlands, a variety of wild meadows, a beautiful wild swimming lake, nearby rivers and an abundance of wildlife it is nothing short of magnificent in the energy and space it holds for its visitors.

Whilst 42 acres offers a vast array of wild flourishing nature on the doorstep, its internal world expresses beauty and comfort in an understated luxurious way.

This retreat space is an invitation to reconnect to nature, to Self and community. It’s abundant beauty and vibrancy offer the ideal base to explore your internal and external world, in a holistic and inspirational space.

Owners Seth and Lara are strong advocates that outer change in the world starts with the self, or to quote Ghandi; “Be the change that you wish to see in the world”.‍
