Anxiety and breathing go hand in hand. Anxiety can cause rapid, shallow breathing, which in turn can exacerbate feelings of panic and suffocation, creating a vicious cycle. This workshop will help you break that cycle.

Participants will learn controlled breathing techniques that can significantly reduce anxiety and stress, how to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote relaxation.

 

What this workshop will include:

  • Learn practical breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Learn how to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

  • Explore yoga and meditation practices intertwining the Oxygen Advantage techniques.

  • Learn how to move from mouth to nostril breathing.
