About Hanine
Having practised yoga for 8 years and teaching for nearly 5, Hanine is close to obtaining 900 hours of teacher training in Yoga and Ayurveda.
Aligned with the Sri Vidya lineage of Hatha Yoga from the Himalayan Tradition, she integrates the full triad of Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. Hanine offers a practice that goes beyond the poses, weaving together asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and philosophy through the Vinyasa Krama system.
She empowers students to become their own teachers, using yoga as it was intended: as a practice of self-healing, growth and awakening.
Hanine encourages and welcomes all to deepen their understanding of yoga and, ultimately themselves, so they can reconnect with their essential nature - inner peace, freedom and joy, no matter what life brings.
