Journey through grounding breathwork and a short guided meditation before exploring some journalling prompts, closing the previous month with reflection and crafting supportive intentions for the month ahead. Flowing through a soothing yoga practice you’ll unravel tension from the body, regulating the nervous system ready for a deep Savasana rest.
Leave feeling restored, with a sense of inner peace and clarity.

About Pippa
Pippa was introduced to yoga at Theatre School in 2008, she quickly became hooked by the physical and emotional relief it and she soon went on to complete a teacher training in 2014.
Pippa shares teachings styles from Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket-Inspired and her most favoured practice of Forrest-Inspired yoga. All her classes are inclusive of pranayama techniques as well as her knowledge of biomechanics and other various elements of health and mindfulness.
As a proud co-founder and director of Cucumber Fields, she hopes to share the life-changing practice of Yoga with all students she comes to guide. “My journey as a teacher and as a yogi continues to blossom, I love how much I am forever learning from students, teachers, and the experiences of life - opportunity is in everything. I am grateful for it all.”
