About Daniela
Daniela is a Yoga Teacher, certified Master Oxygen Advantage Instructor, and student of myofunctional therapy. She specialises in seamlessly blending functional breathing with mindful movement. She is deeply passionate about this breathing method and works with a wide variety of clients from movement practitioners, to families and children, helping them to improve their wellbeing.
